'Re-Engineered' and 'Re-Design Services'

Digital Systems' provide repair, or replacement, of Controllers/Adapters/Peripherals that have become un-supportable. This also includes 3rd Party as well as propriety special controllers such as the DRS11 variants designed by the Special Systems Group within the original Digital Equipment Corporation.
Customers wishing to replace their existing controllers/processors etc. can opt for a 're-engineered' or 're-designed' service.
Re-engineered units are designed to exactly mimic the original functionality with current circuitry technology and are laid out on printed circuit cards that are compatible with the legacy bus. Hence they can be incorporated within the Rackmount Chassis 'solutions'.
The Re-designed service translates the functionality of the original board onto current bus interfaces, (PCI, PCI Express), and these units can be incorporated into a Server PC enclosure obviating the requirement for the Rackmount Chassis based solution.
